Things can happen so rapidly that they hit you and is gone before you even have the time to react. Its been about a week since my granny had been hospitalised and her conditions had been deterioating ever since. Even i don't know how to react sometimes.

Its like just a week ago, she's still dissing me and my bro off and now suddenly, she doesn't even have the strength to sit up straight anymore, lying on the hospital bed for observation. Then just today the doctor said she had lung infection and told us to be prepared for the worst. Nobody's saying anything about it but we all know what's going to happen. Its just happening too quickly for it to be true.

Like how my granny was such a good cook a couple years back.

Even though she was a *****, she really loved us a lot, just like we loved her.

Whisperings

I look back: the sun-baked railway tracks are hidden
By stormclouds- even if they change their shape,
May we always remember
The yesterdays left behind by the seasons...

Chasing, chasing the fading vapor trails
The signal is given too early- we start laughing
So that we can always look straight ahead,
Even if it's slippery with sweat, I won't let go of your hand, ever
